How can i play my ps3 on my macbook pro?

I have a late 2009 MacBook pro and the fat ps3. Is there some adapter I can buy to play my PS3 using my macbook as the screen? Thanks, and sorry if i didn't put this in the right category

    Laptops have OUT ports, not IN ports. You can not use a laptop as a screen unless you purchase an external video card that has IN ports, or use a software that allows incoming video signals (like a capture card, but that will not allow you to use the full screen as a monitor).

    Nope you can't, theres no adapter or anything, your macbook needs to have a hdmi or avi input, no laptops have that

    connect the hdmi from the ps3 to the tv to your laptop and press enter, shud work.
