Finger lengths PLEASE HELP?

Ok so my ring finger and middle finger on my left heand or of the same length but on my right hand my middle finger is longer than the ring finger and my two index fingers are not of the same length nor the last fingers

What does this mean please help

    Bodies are not symmetrical. One of our ears is bigger than the other. So it's normal.
