MTG G/B Ramp/Control Deck Advice?

Here's a deck I've been running in Standard casual (games, not matches) for a while. Thoughts?

12 Forests

8 Swamps

1 Island

1 Plains

1 Mountain

4 Prophetic Prism

4 Wurmcoil Engine

4 Acidic Slime

4 Rune-Scarred Demon

1 Artisan of Kozilek

1 Umalog the Infinite Gyre

3 Black Sun Zenith

4 Consuming Vapors

4 Cultivate

4 Preator's Grasp

4 Rampant Growth

Update:

I put the other lands in (and the main reason for the prophetic prisms) for the benefit of Praetor's Grasp. I not only take one of their best cards, I can then use it against them (probably sooner than they would be able to cast it themselves, thanks to the mana ramp and Acidic Slimes).

    I don't know why you would have a plain, island, and mountian in your deck or the x4 prohectic prism. If you are playing 5 colors, it is better if you play dual lands or fetch lands.

    Green and black zombie call to the grave deck is also fun to play.
