80's female singer help?

Question

Anybody know the name of the song or the artist name. I remember the video was of a female singer coming into a house and singing a song while a couple is fighting. I think the singer had short hair. Not much to go on I know.

EDIT: Oh, it was Lisa Stansfield. I never heard of that song before, however, I do love her song "All Around the World". She's a great singer!

The only one I can think of is Cindy Lauper, Girls Just Want To Have Fun. I believe she was singing it because her parents were arguing over what time she came home and what she was doing. I remember that video and I do think it was her.
