My mouse will double click when I single click the primary button?
I have tried two different mouse devices one being usb and the other wireless. I have a 2 month old Dell with Windows 7. I have tried changing and fixing settings and I have uninstalled and reinstalled each device. The problem will go away and then come back. Any suggestions on how to permanently fix the problem. Thanks

It sounds like you have already tried everything I would have suggested and what was suggested in the first answerer's answer. I would buy a new mouse and if that doesn't work, call dell.

Hi...
The only option you have is your mouse driver settings...
Windows start key > Control panel > Mouse > change button settings to click and not double click > apply..
