Is Tatu City project a reality or a dream?Shouldn't the government develop the marginalised places first?

It will cost a lot of money and to be honest I don't see it being completed.It is also a waste of money and time to build a city from scratch.

    Its not even a dream...Its a vision that will be dreamt in 2030 and realized in 2050
