Is it possible to cure disposition of human mind so that no one should commit crime?

It is impossible, the human mind is so created, that crime appeals to it, and if not for the curbs and punishments imposed by states, the world would be full of crime. It is the nature of man (humans) to commit crime, to break all commandments, to steal, to take what belongs to others, to commit adultery etc. etc.

Given that things which once were legal are now crimes

( such as slavery)

and things which once were crimes ae now legal

( Consider decriminalisation of marijuana and homosexuality, or that you dont need a man with a red flag walking 60 feet in front of your car as a warning to people as it was when cars were first invented)

then matters of what is and is not a crime are mere reflections of human social attitudes and any determnation of what a human being can and cannot think would itself be a form of slavery

Learn tolerance, that is the first key to harmony, Conflict resolution skills are the second.

Yes it is possible - to a considerable extent.

But we can't amend the religious books preaching for terrorism.

You can't change human nature.
