Do you think the mail that I received from this address is a spam?

This is the mail address : "dv@greencard-org.com"

Basically, the mail says that I won a green card and I'm being asked to send some money...

Update:

"Rock" >>> lolz...it's only a spam, it's not for real...

    There should be an intelligence test that one has to pass before one can operate an e-mail account. Yes it is spam.
