How can I lose 15 pounds 2 weeks before Oct. 31st? ?

I weigh 134 now and I'm 14 with the height of 5'6. I want a meal plan. Not links. Please don't tell me I don't need to lose weight!

    omg im in the same position you are. and all anyone will tell me is to exercise more, eat less and not take diet pills. i work at a convenience store with a kitchen and NOTHING in there is healthy. and im not allowed to bring food from home. except if i keep it in my purse. nobody knows how to just answer a question without acting like they're perfect. well, what i suggest to you is start taking food to school like ham or roast beef sandwhiches with no mayo, just mustard. and if you can stand it, put chopped jalapenos on it cause they help burn fat. and use honey wheat bread. and make sure to bring at least two 100 calorie snacks to eat during the day. and after school lift something a little heavy with your left hand while doing homework with your right. and do situps and pushups during commercials while your watching tv. and ask a friend to hang out with you on the weekends and go for a walk or a jog around the block.

    If your five foot six and you weigh one hundred a thirty pounds then I don't think you need to lose weight. You should really ask a professional before you try something like this.
