Penske trucks..Can 3 people + dog (med.cocker) fit?
We will be driving from Delaware to Florida, so around 2 days with stops and no-night driving. We are bringing our dog but I'm not sure we will fit. How big is the space in the seats (its a bench seat)? If we can't fit, can our dog go in the back with the furniture in his box or does it get too hot?

before answering about if three people will fit let me ask you this--are one of you willing to ride in the back? if not why? your dog is no less a being on this planet and deserves your care--it can't speak for itself so as a responsible owner--take care of it!!---ok rant over-
the large Penske trucks(22-24 ftrs) have enough room for 3 people if they are medium sized and don't mind being a little close(not sitting on top of each other)---probably not enough room in the cab for your dog--BUT!! go to the dealer and sit in the cab with the people riding and with the dog--simple answer

Would you put one of your children in the back? DO NOT put the dog in the back of the truck. There's no air circulation back there, and the possibility of exhaust gasses. He will have to ride in front on the floor or on a passenger's lap.
