It's not the same because it's different. The size, the programs and the date are different.
Stimulus is a valid government response to a low-demand recession. That is what we have.
If your argument is that without the first stimulus we would all have jobs, then I can't help you, and neither could any economist.

It differs in that it has a great number maybe 5000 regelations in it taking all rights away that are left, making communism totaly complete, unless the republicans can block is.

Its half the size as the first stimulus, so i expect it to work half as well also.lol
