Icons in Task Bar are at top of webpage. How do I return them to bottom of webpage?

    It's just a drag and drop operation.

    Just move your cursor to any blank area of the Task Bar. Now hold down the left mouse key and while holding it down, simply drag the Task Bar to the bottom of the screen.

    Now release the left mouse key.

    That's all there is to it.
