i was doing freeway races then julian challenged me to race and in my phone it said lets race you pick the location but i declined it by accident. so will he challenge me later or is it gone forever,and is the challenge the championship challenge?

Yes he will ask you again. ussaly within 1-3 hours gameplay just cruise around and wait for him to ask.

Just try to get it again he WILL ask and if you press no turn your console off and power back up, it wont save.
