Ionic forms of NaCl (aq), KOH (aq), and AgNO3 (aq)?

What I think they are is this:

Na+ (aq) + Cl- (aq)

K+ (aq) + OH- (aq)

Ag+ (aq) + NO3- (aq)

Is it that simple? Or are some/all supposed to be in solid state?

You're right. It's that simple, because all three are soluble in water.

If any of these had been insoluble in water, they wouldn't have existed as separate ions in water.
