I dropped my iPod in water hours ago. Will rice still work?
My iPod Touch fell in water... I got it out and dried it, and it immediately started glitching. Anyways, I had completely forgot about the whole rice thing until now, and I was wondering if rice will still save my iPod? It's in there in rice as I type..

It should, but if you can get your hands on silicate beads (go to a shoe store or sports store and start rummaging through shoe boxes for the little "Do Not Eat" packs), that would be even better than rice.
If your iPod is still under warranty (assuming you didn't jailbreak it), ask Apple if they can fix it.

guarantee won't conceal you regrettably. What I did as quickly as I had this occasion substitute into taking a cup of rice and putting it in tin foil. I then rapped the entire iPod and left on my own for 3 hours. got here returned and it worked returned. try doing this gadget. Rice does artwork!
