How do I check if my cockatiel eggs are fertile?

My female(Pan) laid 3 eggs. Her and the mate(Peter) sit on the eggs everyday. They take turns; the male sits on the eggs in the day and the female at night. I washed my hands with water and soap when I handle the eggs. I candled them and saw it was cloudy. What does that mean? And how can I tell it's fertile? Please help!

If you candle them you should see blood veins if they are fertile, and yes you can handle the eggs.

If the eggs are clear you will see the yolk.I would leave them until they hatch or the parents leave them.

If there's no definite shape in there, they may be dead babies, or not fertile. I'd wait it out though, you never know. Just let the parents do the work and don't handle the eggs.

hi, i do no longer see any element in candling the eggs, in case you haven't any longer have been given a ideal candler, do no longer use a torch, the bulb gets to warm, and could "cook dinner" the chick. in case you have a woman and male, and function considered them mating, then ninety 9% the eggs would be fertile.
