Shortcut for strikethrough in Outlook 2007?

This procedure is available in messages only if you use Microsoft Outlook Rich Text as your message format.

Select the text that you want to display with strikeout marks.

On the Format menu, click Font.

Select or clear the Strikeout check box.

Note If Microsoft Word is your e-mail editor, see Word Help instead. Word offers both single and double strikethrough for messages in Microsoft Outlook Rich Text or HTML format.

Excel is set as Ctrl + 5 I believe...but I have no idea how to do it in Outlook...or how to manually set it as a specific key.
