Does my hair grow fast or slow?

Last year My hair was short..around the nape of my neck...and 1 yr later...it is to the middle of my back at the longest point ( it was razor cut into layers) ..I think it has grown around 12 inches in a year... is that fast...or slow hair growth?

    The average length of hair growth in one year is approx. 6 inches or 1/2 inch per month.

    So your hair grew double that size in one year, so yes your hair grows fast.

    If you're correct, your hair grows QUITE fast. As the first answerer said, the average head of hair produces 1/2 to one inch of new hair each month.

    Fast growing hair is a sign of healthy hair, so make sure you keep it that way with the right products and hair hygiene!

    i always want to own long hair, but mine grows very slow. yours gorws really fast, hair grow fast show your strong life, so you do not have to worry.
