Meal replacement shakes?

Okay. Here's the deal. I need to lose some thigh fat and belly fat soon. I'm going to switch breakfast and lunch with meal replacement shakes. I don't want a shake that will make me bulky. I want a low calorie shake. And one you can make at home.

Please give me recipes && advice would be greatly appreciated

Protein won't make you bulky unless you eat at a caloric surplus and work out for a LONG time.

Get a tub of protein powder, mix that with water (if you can choke it down, it's pretty disgusting like that), that is about 140 calories, and 25 or so grams of protein, more than enough to keep you down until lunch. Or mix it with milk (tastes much better, still isn't great though), for a creamier taste at the cost of an extra 140 ish calories.

Total, my shakes are around 320 calories. Sometimes I will add a spoonful of peanut butter because it adds protein and some fat, go organic though (only contains peanuts and salt, no sugar or hydrogenated oils). If you love peanut butter, you will love this shake.

Just make sure your shakes are under 500 calories each, and don't go overboard with dinner.
