Graceful wind-up and delivery?
Fifteen years ago or so there was an African-American pitcher in the Majors who had a very graceful, fluid-like wind-up and delivery. It was a simple action, but it seemed like the guy was could throw the ball without much effort.
He threw his arms back, bending forward a bit, then brought his arms forward and grasped the ball with the gloved and bare hands, bent back a little and lifted his left leg while raring his right arm back and came forward on his left leg while bending forward and over-handing the ball. Simple and fluid, but effective. His technique was attention-grabbing. Somehow, also, he bobbed up and down a little bit during the wind-up.
He was pretty good. Who was this guy?

Unfortunately that fits the description of a great many pitchers. I wish I could help. For me, as a life long fan of baseball, the best mechanics I've ever seen by any pitcher from any era was Tom Seaver. Any pitcher would be hard pressed to match him.
