Chances David Beckham will be on the England WC 2014 roster?
I may or may not be meeting him at the World Cup depending on if he's on the team. Is he too old/not good enough? I think he's gotten a slight bit less sharp but overall I think he is still as good as ever, then again I haven't seen him very recently. At least as a manager or assistant or coach or something? Like, could he be on the sidelines helping with the team? I know it's a little less than three years off but I'm curious as to what people think on this topic. Thanks!

He wouldn't make the team, he's very much past his prime, and the current England manager has already said he won't be selected David Beckham again - and that was during the last World Cup.

Beckham is too old and not good enough to play on the England team. Young, Walcot, Milner, and Adam will all be ahead of him. He might be at the World Cup though, somehow. Having Beckham's face with the England team is always a plus.

I don't think there is alot of chance of that, he has not played for country for a long time... he is however tipped to play for the UK olympic team in 2012 !

He won't play.
But he will surely find an excuse to follow the team to enjoy those 5 star hotels with his family.
