I think it looks good, but you do have a high number of fighting and dark pokemon. Fighting is weak to Psychic and Flying attacks, but dark takes care of the psychic pokemon, and Milotic can take care of flying-types with Ice Beam and so can Weavile. Perhaps an electric type would help your team, such as Rotom wash forme or Jolteon.

Also, on Milotic, swap Hydro Pump or Scald for a move of another type so you can cover more types. Same with Emboar and Flamethrower (swap this move as Flamethrower is weaker on him as his physical attack stat is higher than his special; Stone edge or Rock Slide would be a better attack)

I think Weavile looks good, and so does Scrafty!

You need a fighting type or electric type to balance out your team. Using more then 1 type of attack on a Pokemon is not helpful to you. Switch it up. But it's up to you because its what Pokemon fits YOU not others choices
