Where's the bit about add a comment or edit my question?
I'm looking at my question, and I'm signed in, it's under my activity, and I can't do anything like declare a right answer, add a comment, edit the question what's going on here?

You have to Wait 1 hour and before 4 days after you post your question to choose a best answer..you can then rate it 1-5 stars and leave a comment in the space provided.
You can add details by edit / add details under the pencil icon, but only about the question.
You can leave Comments on other persons resolved questions by clicking comments located on the action bar under the question.
