Usually when something like that happens, if you open the mail on a new tab or window, it will be ok. Try that.

Sometimes the simplest of fixes work wonders such as
type the F5 key to refresh the page clears up a lot
of troubles,if not then try this.
Type these 3 keys together
Ctrl+Shift+Delete
and in the window that appears Tick the top box
"Preserve Favourite website data" you should now have
the top 4 boxes ticked,then click on Delete
That will clear out your browser cache and is
usually enough to fix most problems
If not then a full virus scan may be needed.
