Are you allowed to run businesses out of rent able storage areas?

I want to start up an indoor skate park because I live in Alaska and most of the time we do not have to proper terrain for skateboarding so I was thinking, if I made an Indoor skate park me and my friends could skate whenever we wanted plus I could make a little cash while I'm at it! My first idea was to rent out one of those storage areas and just do it there, but I've been told that your not allowed to run businesses out of them.

Is that true?

If it's not, then where would be another good place for an indoor skate park?

That's true. You are absolutely not allowed to run a business out of a storage area -- especially a business that sets the storage area up for liability if someone is injured there.

The first thing you need to start any kind of business is to be at least 18. Are you?

The second thing you need is enough money for liability insurance.

No, you cannot run a business from a storage locker. Nor can you live there. Storage only.
