My legs are aching for no reason at all...?

My legs are killing me... It feels like I've been running or something... But, it isn't my calf muscles. It's the front part of my lower legs- right in front of the bone it feels like. I haven't been running or doing anything... I've actually been sitting for an hour or so, working on homework. I do have low blood pressure. I'm 15. My legs have been doing this a lot here recently. They started hurting about an hour ago. Why are they hurting?

Update:

I tried moving around, but it isn't getting better.

Your experiencing some muscle aches. I usually experienced it during my pregnancies even if your not doing anything. The doctor prescribes Vitamin B's and it was effective. It's better than a pain reliever though the result is not as instant as Mefanamic Acid.

The American Cancer Society notes that a deficiency in vitamin B complex can cause muscle cramps. Taking the full range of B vitamins, such as B1, B2, folic acid and others, will boost muscle repair, resulting in less pain. Because muscle pain is caused by micro tears in the muscle tissue, the quickest way to repair this is through metabolism of protein which rebuilds the muscle tissue, so increasing vitamin B complex intake can help your body break down protein to repair muscles and relieve pain.
