Did anyone watch Ellen today, Nov 15, 2011?

Ellen had that family on with the four adopted boys. At the end she gave them a new car. Did anyone else notice that the car only has five seats? Three seats in the back and two in the front. There are six people in the family. Why would they give a family of six a car with only five seats?

Yes I saw it, I said boy that's a little car, but I bet they already have a van for all of them to ride in anyway.♫

The family certainly already has at least one car. I think a new Toyota Camry is a pretty nice gift. It is not that often that both parents and all four children would be riding together at the same time, after all. Most of the time it would be one parent and some or all of the children. One thing you also might consider is that the giant cars use an awful lot of gas. It's nice to have something more fuel efficient to run errands or for one of the parents to take to work.

I didn't watch it but that wasn't well thinking on Ellen's part... Maybe because most of the time, the whole family wouldn't be in the car anyway. Plus if it was a minivan, it would cost them more on gas and it doesn't sound like they have a lot of spare money in the first place.
