How constitution give power to a political leader to divide a state today and country tomorrow?
According to political leaders, Mayawati played an unconstitutional game, by dividing U.P. INTO FOUR PARTS. Under the circumstances, do they like to amend Constitution so that no other leader could divide the country INTO PIECES? or they just shut up their mouth?

Mayawati has just made her intentions known about an attempt to divide UP into 4 states. It is at this moment a wishful piece of thinking on paper. If this has to be a reality, a resolution has to be passed by the Lok Sabha by 2 thirds majority. That I feel is quite reasonable as an overwhelming majority voting for something should be accepted without any hurt burn.

constitutions become the ultimate tyranny. They're organized power on such a scale as to be overwhelming. the constitution is social power organized and it has no conscience. it can crush the highest and lowest, removing all dignity and individuality. it has an unstable balance point and no limitations.
