Should you ask questions on yahoo answers even if you think you know the answer?

Just to be participating? Is that a good/bad thing to do ?

    If it is obvious you are playing a game it is a violation. You earn no points for asking a question. Do not waste points unless you are trying to verify an answer. In that case give the answer and ask for verification.
