How to take help from Muslim Charities?

Hi. I am in a terrible situation. I ask for help from all the Muslims out there. My brother had an affair with a Filipino woman for 4 years, she used him all this time and had a baby with him. It was very sad to find out a few months ago that she was involved with another man and she just had a baby with my brother to make her ex jealous. My brother begged her not to do this, for the sake of their daughter who is only 2 years and 6 months. She drove him mad, mentally tortured him, talked about sex on the phone in front of him and her daughter, she made a case against him in the police that my brother beats the child every day and he showed porn to her daughter. My brother blanked out and and it resulted in the death of the woman... we all have remorse for her and her family. Even my brother says he wants to see her but i told him she is not there anymore, he can't remember what happened, all he wants is to see his daughter, but the social workers don't let him see her, and they do not let me take custody of her as I am the only blood relative in this country. The social workers are working against us, and i feel it is because the daughter was baptised, but the dad wants her back to us so we can grow her up in a Muslim community. Please, is there any Muslim charity out there who can help me in this difficult situation? Thanks
