How does electronegativity relate to the polarity of bonds?

    The more electronegative one of the atoms is, the more polar will the bond be.

    Water is possessed of many exciting properties: unity, adhesion, does not mixture with oil, etc. The question is in simple terms asking what an H2O molecule's truly association of atoms has to do with those properties- how does its truly shape create its referred to homes?
