Why is the same question asked seven or eight times when the person only asked once?
I want to answer questions but see the same question asked over and over and when I click on them, they were all asked at the same time, so I know YA puts it in all these times and the person asking does not ask more than once

Never seen it happen. I've seen a question DOUBLE post, but never more than that. And those have been very infrequent, random glitches.
Now, if you are talking about when you go from page to page in a list of questions - that is not questions posting over and over - that is the SAME question. It just gets 'pushed' from one page to another as more and more NEW questions show up. You can test this for yourself if this is what is happening. STAR one of the questions - and see if it is also starred when you see it 'repeated' someplace else.
