    212g X 1mol/101.1g= 2.097 mol

    2.097mol KNO3/0.407 L = 5.15 M

    shows the KNO3 is soluble at that temp

    so 212g KNO3 /101g/m /0.195L =10.8M

    My assumption is that the density of water is 1g/ml at that temp.
