Im 16 and I have severe chest pain?

Im 16 Years old, not over weight and I keep having Severe chest pains such as now. It started Last week when I was sat at my computer and all of a sudden I was in agony... I could feel my heart beat and it hurt so bad. I went to bed, my nose went numb and each time I breathed in the Pain got worse and its doing it this second... I'd like to have an Idea what this is?

    I'm no doctor, and neither are you. I am really worried. If this doesn't get chosen as Best Answer, I'm okay, as long as you read it and take it serious when I say to GO TO THE DOCTOR NOW! They will tell you if it is severe or not, and prescribe medication or tell you to go to the hospital etc. Have aphone handy and if at any moment you feel like it's really bad and you find it hard to breath, DIAL 911. I don't recommend driving if the pain is very bad. Go to the hospital, maybe eventhe emergency room. This could be talking about your life. Please tell me how everything goes, okay?

    Man this has happened to me before,

    the more you tried to take air in the worse it got right? i was gona see a doctor but didnt happen since then, im thinking it was the cold temperature
