There is no such thing as "fixing this", like it never happened. NP Remover is like bleach, it removes the color of what it comes in contact with, immediately. Carpet stair remover, water, etc, all useless. Heres all you can do - papertowel everything to dry. Youre going to need a few products from the store, so head to ur 24 hour market now, or plan to hide this from mom til you can get what you need. For the desk, you need to find a "wood stain" - theres an option in the same aisle as the wood floor cleaners - they will be a light, med and dark shade, choose the closest without going darker than the wood actually is. It applies like an oil. It may be called "wood cleaner/polish" even. You squirt some on, let the wood drink it up, dab away, this will HELP, but not completely resolve it. If ur lucky, no one will notice unless you point it out. To the carpet...get a box cutter/straight edge razor blade (just do it...), cut out the exact stain/spot, all of it. If its shaped like texas, then cut out texas, k. Go to the back of ur closet, where you pile up ur shoes and stuff, lay the carpet shape over the closet carpet (as far back as you can go/most inconspicious place you have), cut out the exact same shape, use the first cut out as to trace out a new one. Apply superglue to the floor, pat each piece of carpet in its NEW home on the floor and ...voila, stain is not gone, but not IN SIGHT. Thats all you can do, there is nothing that will remove the "remover". By its very nature, it already removed soemthing (the color of ur carpet/wood), its not a STAIN, as in there is nothing for you to remove...see?? All you can do now is cover it. In the wood isntance, ur adding colored polish/stain. Carpet, ur moving it out of everyones view. Think of this...if you died ur hair brown, you could bleach it out if u didnt like it, right. If you bleached it out, plat. blonde, you CANT take the bleach out....you can only color over it. Same thing.
Comp. is dying, cant spell check, sorry!!
