The flag for the county of ulster at the moment is yellow background, red st patricks cross and a red hand in front of a while shield on the front

The Ulster flag is red cross on a yellow background with a red hand in a white shield in the centre of the cross. Actually it isn't a cross such as x, but such as the plus sign...+ but it's late and I can't quite remember what it is called...apart from a plus sign!!!
