As Champer stated it is mounted on the container doors.

It contains this info: Approval Reference

    Date of Manufacture

    Identification Number

    Maximum Gross Weight

    Allowable Stacking weight (at 1.8g)

    Next Examination Date

Source(s): I possess a Canadian Issued Master Mariner certificate and have had it since 1993.

It's attached to the container doors. It carries the approval reference, manufacture date, various weight and racking limits, next examination date
