What other countries have traditional epithets like "Bonnie Scotland"?

I am aware only of "Merry England," "La Belle France," "Holy Russia." Can anyone tell me of others?

weell there's "Perfidious Albion" for England .... I think I've heard "Holy Mother Russia" , and the "fatherland" concept is quite common [Germany, Sweden etc]
