My brother fell out of our tree fort and hurt his shoulder. Advice?

He probably needs to have his shoulder X-rayed to see if anything is broken.

NObody was acting very smart that day. Brother Jerk got hurt because he was smoking weed, teasing you both, and acting like a jerk.

In your defense, Stepbrother Dumb@ss caused an injury that might cause a permanent injury and might have actually killed Brother Jerk.

You should learn to defend yourself without physically harming anyone; words can be powerful. And, yes, you should help Brother Jerk get treatment (for his shoulder, for his weed-smoking, and for his idiocy in taunting you when he's outnumbered.

If possible, let Brother Jerk explain to your parents what happened without blaming anyone. After all, he started the whole mess by poking fun at the two of you while high and unable to act properly. If he does include you and Stepbrother Dumb@ss in the blame, apologize and take your punishment like a man.

I recommend you do not placed up some thing like this contained in the physics section, inspite of the actual shown reality that i wager the rigidity of gravity pulling your brother all the way down to the Earth's floor as some relation.
