You can use blogspot.com, wordpress.org, or blogger.com but your blog's web address will be yourblogname.blogspot.com and so on. You can also have a wordpress website hosted independently in which you can get your very own .com! which is what I would suggest, this way you don't have to abide by the blogging sites terms, or content rules (if there is any). You can also host an independent blog on basically any web host provider that provides the blog software. Commonly any web host provider that provides CPanel with Fantastico Deluxe or Quick Install.
