On what date will Queen Elizabeth II's reign be exactly as long as Queen Victoria's reign?

Here's a trivia question for you to play with. I'm expecting a lot of wrong answers to this one, so be careful.

On what date will Queen Elizabeth's reign be exactly as long as Queen Victoria's reign? Hint: It's only a few years away. She seems healthy enough, so maybe she'll make it.

Update:

Don't worry about hours, minutes, and seconds. Just go by the dates.

Update 2:

The best answer so far fails to take into account the leap days. 63y7m2d is not always 22,995 days long! Depending on when you start, it could be 22,996 days long. And don't forget that 2000 was a leap year, but 1900 was not.

The other two answers so far provide years, but the question asks for a date, not a year.

Any mention of a coronation or an oath of office is completely irrelevant. A monarch begins reigning at the instant the previous monarch's reign ends.

    Queen Elizabeth II - Feb. 6, 1952

    Queen Victoria - June 20, 1837-Jan. 22, 1901 (63 yrs & 7.5 months[210 days] and 2 days)

1900 was leap year so you dont need to count additional day because its equivalent to a year no matter what. 1901 was not leap year. June 20, 1837 to June 20, 1900 is 63 years. The remaining is June 21, 1900 to her death in Jan. 22, 1901 and that's 212 days or 30 weeks and 2 days or 7 and a half months and two days. (63 yrs, 7.5 months and 2 days)

Queen Elizabeth II would surpass Queen Victoria as the longest reigning monarch in British history and longest-reigning female monarch in world history on September 10, 2015. In conclusion, the day before the 10th of September is the date you are looking for because September 10, 2015 will be her 63 year, 7.5 month, and 3rd day reign! Simple!

    Answer is September 9, 2015

William IV died 20th June 1837,making Victoria Queen, she was crowned Queen 28th June 1838,so almost a year after William IV death.

    George VI died 6th February 1952,making Elizabeth Queen,she was crowned 2nd June 1953 .

So we have to wait until 2015 for Elizabeth II to break Victoria's record .
