A thought about Tebow and "Tebowing"?
The streets of New York, London, and Paris are mobbed every day with literally thousands of Mohammadens praying in the streets, multiple times in a day, disrupting traffic and business, inconveniencing passersby, bringing entire neighborhoods to a standstill, yet some people are outraged over one man praying in the end zone a few times a week.
Do you all have your priorities straight?

Truly, nobody is outraged. We just think it's ludicrous to make a public spectacle of yourself by praying about the outcome of a football play when Jesus himself taught that prayer should not be a public spectacle. Furthermore, I've never seen a Muslim praying in the streets or on the sidewalks, nor in any public place disrupting traffic or business or bringing neighborhoods to a standstill.

Matthew 6:5 says "And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full."
Therefore, although there is nothing wrong with Tim Tebow (or ANYONE) praying, the Bible does make it clear that this should be done in private. Sadly, a majority of Christians choose to ignore this verse, though.

My only question would be, Why say a prayer after a touch down? Is a touch down something that is in Gods will? What should we pray for?
What may we pray for? The Bible explains: “No matter what it is that we ask according to his will, he [Jehovah] hears us.” (1 John 5:14) So we may pray for anything that is in harmony with God’s will. Is it his will that we pray about personal concerns? By all means! Praying to Jehovah can be much like talking to a close friend. We may speak openly, ‘pouring out our heart’ to God. (Psalm 62:8) It is proper for us to ask for holy spirit, for it will help us to do what is right. (Luke 11:13) We can also ask for guidance in making wise decisions and for strength in coping with difficulties. (James 1:5) When we sin, we should ask for forgiveness on the basis of Christ’s sacrifice. (Ephesians 1:3, 7) Of course, personal matters should not be the only subjects of our prayers. We should broaden out our prayers to include other people—family members as well as fellow worshipers.—Acts 12:5; Colossians 4:12.The point is ...Gods will. Is foot ball Gods will. Think not.

Dude...I come from a muslim family and everyone I ever knew growing up went to a private place to pray...you can't even pray on the street cause it's dirty.
Tebowing is a fad too...on the level of planking...there's no religious significance to it unless it's Tim doing it. Most people do it to mock the poor guy.

"And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you."

People don't like the truth and want to runaway from it.
John 1:1-5
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome[a] it.

"Mohammedans"?
Someone like you is called a xenophobe.
And no one's "outraged" at Tebow. At least I'm not.
He's just kind of annoying. No matter religion or beliefs, if you're using sports acclaim to express it...come on, man.
