im done playing it. im selling it, the game key codes are in the book . they can play with those same key codes? or are the key codes dead cuz i used them already? with this said, do i need to uninstall for the keycodes to work for next person who buys the game? thanks

No. But, the game most likely won't be playable by you. Most games require the disc to be inserted to play it. If you do sell it, make sure the new owner has the original case with the serial code to activate it.

You don't have to uninstall it, just give them the CD.
When you no longer have the CD, it won't work for you unless you patch it up with a no-CD patch, which is easy to get online. Then you can both play the game.

circulate to the administration Panel on your start up menu and choose upload or eliminate classes and check out the checklist and locate the sims and there could be an option to eliminate it out of your computer. click eliminate and the instructions will arise from there.
