Is your cat right pawed or left pawed?
My cat Smokey is left pawed. When she settles down, she always puts her left paw stretched out straight and her right paw tucked under her chest. If I touch the paw, she will pull it back, but stretch it out again.

My cat is left pawed also ! Although I never really thought that cats had a 'good' paw .

"NOEL" is right pawed.
"THOMAS" used to be right pawed until the car hit him and broke his right leg - now he is left pawed because he hasn't the dexterity in his right paw any more. He is used to overcoming adversity. He froze his tail before we rescued him and has no autonomic tail movement; he had to relearn all his tail movements too.
