Doing things with dip stations and LOTS of cardio

congrats on having a six pack. that was the easy part to get the covenet eight pack you MUST follow these steps EXACTLY as i say you have to;
wrestle your father
rock climb multiple moutains with no saftey equipment
hunt and kill a pack of wolfs with only your hands
spend one week outside in winter with no clothes and no heating equipment
only then can you have the elusive eight pack
