Pinching pain in back when I cough?
I have been coughing ALOT due to a cold and now four days later when I cough I get a pinching sharp pain in the middle of my towards the left side. If I lay right I don't feel anything, but if I cough or move wrong it pinches! What could this be?

either a nerve or a strained muscle. I wouldn't worry about it, it will get better pretty quickly.
