How to put money on Paypal?

I don't have a credit card and cant access my bank account very easily so can i use a gift card or something. Or do i have to go to the bank and ask if they can put money on it.

    You can't use prepaid / gift cards with Paypal.

    You also can't even have an account until you are 18.

    you must have a bank account and a cc their rules
