How do I make my ps3 play movies from usb [FAT]?
I have put on /avi format movies but the ps3 only shows document files of the other stuff i put on my ps3, I tried pressing triangle then 'x' should I convert the movies into .mp4 format for them to show up?

.avi format* and shows other stuff i put on my usb not ps3 sorry*

Go to the video section then go to your USB press triangle and press display all it should show your movie then just press to play
