Computer thinks Ipod touch is a camera?

I just got a new ipod touch and its such a headache. I dont use Itunes. I use winamp. Everything on the internet for help has directed me to how to make it pop up using itunes. I tried deleting all of the pictures I took and reconnected it and nothing. All of the options it gives me has to do with uploading pictures to it. How do I make winamp recognize it?

Because your iPod has a camera, your computer will always recognise it as trying to connect a camera... the only official way to add songs onto it is to use iTunes...
