I really want to try it as with a young child it is hard to remember every single day at the same time to take the pill. but I want to know peoples previous experiences with it and how safe it is in protecting and for the human body.

I have the 5 yr I.U.D, I love it. I have had it for 4 years. I used to have horrible periods, heavy bleeding.I don't have a period anymore, which I love. And no worrying about taking pills or getting pregnant.I have never had cramping or pain from the iud either. I cramped a little the day it was inserted and that's it. Good luck.
